The operation begin since 1997 under CHAI KIM CHAN & SONS INDUSTRIES SDN BHD (CKC) producing Concrete Product located at Sungai Tua. CKC penetrate to hardware shops only in 1998, CKC decided to expand the business by supplying to construction projects via building material dealers that pushed up the sales rapidly. Since its incorporation, CKC has grown at tremendous rate despite the slowdown in the construction industry due to its strong marketing networks with the dealers and good leadership in its management. This also supported by good quality products that CKC produces.
